@MOSPHERE
design group Inc
@MOSPHERE
design group Inc is represented by Lori Burns and Susan Burnside.
With a combined total of over 20 years of professional design experience,
we have evolved into a dedicated team committed to design excellence.
By working interactively as a team, we get it right - right from the
start. Today, seniors are demanding facilities that are more humane
than the nursing homes they were forced to place their parents in, where
old men and women were warehoused away in bleakly institutional facilities
with dark & dreary corridors, little privacy and unpleasant sounds and
smells. Due to this anti-institutional backlash, we strive to create
innovative residences that don't compromise function or impede
independence.
@MOSPHERE
design group Inc believes that a good design is an integral part of value
for money. Our role in every project is to help our clients achieve
their visions through the provision of professional, creative,
individualized and specialized service, meeting the highest standards of
quality.

| Southeastern
Accreditation Consultants
Southeastern Accreditation Consultants is a
company whose primary purpose is to assist healthcare organizations in
preparing for J.C.A.H.O accreditation, based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Our
professionals can assist you in providing guidance to meet this goal. As
you well know the standards for 2000 are changing and it is more important
than ever before to be able to demonstrate a 12 month track record of
compliance. Our specially trained consultants participate in actual
surveys using the most current standards. These professionals are
knowledgeable in current survey process and have a wide variety of
clinical and administrative experiences. We are fortunate to have
consultants who also have experience in surveying in J.C.A.H.O. programs
to include: Ambulatory Care, Drug and Alcohol programs, Home Health Care
and Long Term Care.
The mock survey is customized to meet the
needs of the organization. Our approach is to utilize an administrator,
nurse and physician consultant or a combination for site visits. We
attempt to generate an environment in process identical to that of your
actual survey. There is a tremendous amount of coaching of the employees,
medical staff and leadership to help them to anticipate the types of
question/issues that are most heavily surveyed.
Having a mock survey can serve as a
validation of preparation by the hospital and formulate an action plan for
those areas that need evidence of increased compliance. We are also
available to conduct educational programs customized to your
organizational needs. Client references are available.
We work with organizations who are at
different times in the accreditation cycle. Strategies are developed
according to where the organization is in relation to track record issues.
A verbal exit conference is provided to the organization leadership at the
end of the mock, with a written report by function to follow. We are
available by phone, fax or E-mail after your mock survey is completed
until your J.C.A.H.O. survey ends at no additional cost to your
organization. Any requests for proposals for consultation should be
addressed to Kenneth Dale Brown, consultvol@aol.com.
