Having a mock survey can serve as a validation of preparation by the hospital and formulate an action plan for those areas that need evidence of increased compliance. We are also available to conduct educational programs customized to your organizational needs. Client references are available.

We work with organizations who are at different times in the accreditation cycle. Strategies are developed according to where the organization is in relation to track record issues. A verbal exit conference is provided to the organization leadership at the end of the mock, with a written report by function to follow.
