Here's an interesting way of plotting
temperatures (medication refrigerators)
to be able to demonstrate couple of things:
1. Use of PI Tool (Run chart) in displaying data over time (information) 2. Easy to see when upper or lower limits are breeched by visually following the 'connect the dots' process
3. Ability to document actions /
effects of actions taken on same document
4. Teaches staff how to use a run
chart
In our system, the staff seem to like it
a lot better than just listing temps ....
